Im only 17 and im starving all the time. i eat loads then 30mins later im starvin again. i sleep loads and allways tired with no energy. i go to sleep about 2am and i will sleep till 4.30pmish and still be tired. ive got no motivation to do anything. and ive put on nearly 2stone. everyone just thinks im lazy but i never use to be like thiss.

Are you depressed? Filling the gap with food? Loose someone close to you? They could be part of your problem. I know I eat to fill the void (I lost my husband recently) and eat even when not hungry.

How to fix it?
Well...we could turn into mutated superhumans VIA raido active goop, ooooor...find the money to become super healthy through dieticians and workout gyms, etc.
I'd say we're pooched though. Just being honest.

I'm 28 (29 next month) and have exactly the same symptoms started about 6mo ago but in the last 2mo got really bad
I'm so tired and hungry all the time doesn't matter what I eat, or how much I sleep.
I will see a doctor in the next few weeks I'm sure something is not right
I'm a regular blood donor and 6mo ago when I went to donate they didn't accept my blood because I showed low iron they did further exams and sent me a letter later which confirmed the low iron level. Unfortunately I still couldn't afford to see the doctor but will soon.
I'm so tired and hungry all the time doesn't matter what I eat, or how much I sleep.

I am like the rest of you, tired and hungry all the time, but the hard truth of it is, is that there is no magic pill to cure us and we all aren't suffering from some mysterious disease. The truth is we didn't listen to all the advice that has been freely given to all of us for years and we let bad decisions bring us to this unhealthy place in our lives, it was too easy to get here, and now it's gonna be a b***h to get back. I know. I know. it's not fair that your best buddy or your husband/wife has been there right beside you making the same bad decisions and they haven't gained a pound. but some of us just have bad metabolism and it's always gonna be hard to maintain a healthy weight. But the hardest truth is, is that if we don't start making small changes, life changes, like taking a walk everyday, giving up soda and drinking water, quit smoking, give up most of your starch with dinner, like no potato or pasta or bread. IF WE DON'T, WE JUST MIGHT DIE A LOT SOONER THAN WE WANT TO. from High blood pressure, heart attack,or diabetes. I am not real sure what I am gonna do, I hope I make the changes, the absolutely doable changes. But what I do know is. no one else is gonna do it for me and the BEST TRUTH is it;s still my choice. I'm only 15 and I'm also constantly tired and hungry in the afternoon. I also see a chiropractor. I'm not gaining weight, but my attempt to lose fat is working. I feel drained a lot, which is especially bad because I dance 13 hours a week. i get 7-8 hours of sleep everynight...but I don't drink a whole lot of water. Maybe that's why? But competition is coming up in a month, and I can't be constantly tired! I've been getting chills more often too.

been having the same issue...im a 30 yo female and for the past month or so im always hungry and tired...i dont know how to explain it other then its not like me to be this way,usually i eay 2 fukll meals a day and have a few snacks,and now im eating 3 times a day and snacking constantly...i do not know if this could be hormone related or spring fever,but i plan to ask my doctor about it next time i go in...

if your under 21 you probobly dont have a problem its more likely to just be growing in general...it takes alot out of you and needs alot of food and rest

and i could eat all day, every day if i allowed myself to!! i am quite calorie-conscious, so i try really hard not to munch out all day, but it is so hard. i have definitely put on weight recently, i must be over 9 stone (i'm too scared to weigh myself at the moment..) and i was between 8 and 8 and a 1/2 stone last summer (i'm about 5 ft 3).

Whoever says drinking a glass of water will make you full is a complete knob. Water passes through your entire body in approx one hour. It probably sits in your stomach for less than 10 minutes. Then SURPISE! You feel empty again. I do find that it helps to drink water before eating dinner so you don't over-eat though. I have had a hunger/tired issue since I was born. NO JOKE! I have had all sorts of tests done and nothing has helped me. My mom had 3 skinny children, then myslef. I was 100lbs in grade 1. 190 in grade 6. Now I am a healthy 23 year-old at 170 at 5"8. The trick is to just starve. Take your pick. Either be Fat and happy. Or skinny and hungry. I have been smaller, but it involved eating canned grean beans and fish for breaky/lunch/dinner. I can't do that anymore. I just keep my calorie intake at about 1000 - 1300 and go to the gym. I have found over the many years of excersising that it helps to maintain your weight and keep firm but DOES NOT aid in losing weight. Don't EVER believe for a second that if you eat a jelly donut, you can just run for an hour and it doesn't count anymore. Well, everyone is different.. this is just how MY body works. I like being 170lbs. I'm happy with being a size 10 with a nice set of abs. As for the tired part, I take ritalin. It helps drastically. But I am ADHD... Some people snort coke. I heard it makes you skinny and awake.
