Weird... My problem is that i can't even feel hungry and sleepy.
I'm exhausted but i still don't want to eat.
And the less i sleep, the more i feel conscious, but the worse my headache gets.
I tried as hard as i could to eat and sleep.

I am also always hungry, litterally starving to the point I make dumb choices(especially in public). Like buying junk food etc. Just that my metabolism is faster now(25) and I stay more or less the same weight. Just that I can throw a real kitty fit when I'm hungry, I litterally have to set a reminder on my phone to eat every four hours or the hunger comes on stronger. Wheaty foods make me more hungry and fat so I stay away from those. Try chocolate, fills you for longer and easier to burn off with your kind of metabolism. Stay away from wheat, read labels. Our kind of body doesn't take any amount of wheat very well. Remember, less carbs, more fat(milkshakes, candy-all wheat free) and lean protein. if you eat carbs stick to filling carbs like one whole potatoe or some vegtables. Wish you luck!

lol, I am almost like that. I find it so hard to sleep, I'm constantly awake and doing something. I'm usually hungry cause of the insomnia. Sometimes I sleep but that usually means I'll be up all night. If you're anything like me I suggest you stop taking pills. Not all medication but most over the counter drugs. That could make your condition worse aswell as cause constipation.

From experience... if you have a thyroid problem, usually thyroid tests seem to not find anything. If you're also low on vit D, that's a big symptom of thyroid issues. Keep that in mind :)

I have identical symptoms to your condition. All of them. After fitness training, instead of feeling fit and alert, I was so exhausted. I was hungry and tired during the course of the day. I spent a fortune seeing doctors who guessed it was diabetes,,guessed and ran up inconclusive but expensive lab tests. My trainer steered me to seeing a doctor who was a biophysicist and who knew about nutrition. She ran some lab tests and found I was glutein intolerant among other intolerances. They are not outright allergies but as they clog up your gut, you cannot absorb nutrients properly and eat without result. Your brain is starved and your fatigue is not relieved. You might, and I hope this helps, check your intolerance for various foods such as gluteins, lactose, or other features in your diet.
