I have a bit embarrassing question for you. I am 23 years old and I a have a problem with my penis. At least I think it is a problem. Right under the glans, there are many tiny white spots, just like little white acnes. They are not painful, and hardly visible, but still are annoying (I mean, I know they are there). So my question is – am I washing my penis properly?
