Well ive had them for ages but I want them gone... it looks horrible in my eyes and they are much more visible when i have an erection... they are mostly based on the top of my penis and i dont know if this is normal or not but; when my penis is flacid it has a lot of excess skin at the top im 17 btw... I tried to pop some of the bigger little spots but it hurts and i cant... there are some going down on the under side and then they are all over my scrotum too...

i also had this since childhood now its gone btw am 43
i saw a homopathic(indian) doctor he told me to -
squeeze some lime juice in a china dish, put small pieces of a onion in it leave it out through the night.
next day morning rub some of the the pinkish liquid wherever there's the problem.
mine cured in about 15 days. :)

I think theres nothing to worry about that because i did my share of search on the internet and most probably it will be penile papules if its below the glans and fordyce spots if its on the head which are both normal and totally harmless

Resist the urge to pop! It sounds like Fordyce spots, something many men have. But get diagnosed! Keep your skin in good condition with a moisturizer like Man1 Man Oil and try not to be self-conscious.
