Hi I'm a bisexual male and had anal sex about a month ago and noticed that there was a tore in my ass so I went to the clinic and got a HIV/AIDS test and a syphilis test nd I dnt have that...but now there are other pieces of skin torn.And it looks bad it hurts everytime I "go" it bleeds but not a lot.I tried to just rip it off but Its thick'ish.HELP...if I go to the doctor what would he do or can just buy like an ointment from the pharmacy?
