the anal passage is pretty close to the bladder so you have prob just over sensitized the nerves in that area, if it doesnt get any less urgent feeling then you may have damaged something anal sex is not very safe the colon is easy to rip and can cause lots of nice things like a prolapse which is where your gut can fall down and literally fall out of your arse lol hope its just a oversexed bladder and wish you well!
