Well it is good that you are aware that that was a dumb move! All in all you are probably aware how dangerous can anal sex be and you see one consequence. Unfortunately there is no easy way to get rid of this, but then again I am sure that you will learn your lesson and that you will not allow your boyfriend such a bad moves in the future.
And by the way if you are having anal sex how come he didn’t realize that you could get hurt by doing that? I would suggest serious talk with him.
Anyhow you need antibiotics to treat infection and you need prescription for those so go and see your doctor.

why do you act like anal sex in itself is a bad and dangerous move? the only risky part is going from anal back to vaginal without cleanup. there is nothing wrong with anal and its not unsafe. just make sure youre clean before you begin and clean up properly between if you go back to the other side lol.
