hi i am 17 years of age and at 15 i had a small lump on my right testicle. I went to see my gp and he told me it was a cyst, now 2 years later i have another small lump just near it. i was just wondering if it could be serious or is it common to have more than 1 cyst????

The thing is that you didn’t say what kind of cyst you had and what it was like. If they were small and hard, situated on the testicle’s tube, then you could develop two or you could be feeling one of the tube’s bumps because the tube called epididymis is a very lumpy by nature.
If the cyst is soft, fluid filled scrotum sac….it could be another mass as you can’t develop two hydroceles.
There is a possibility that this was a skin cyst (like a pimple), so it is really hard to approach to your question.
In each case, I would advise you to see a doc again. Any new lump is to be investigated by a doctor. Better to be safe than sorry.
