Over the past four months I've had this constant feeling of panic. I am not a panicy person but recently I've started getting a constant fear of everything,it's almost fear of having another panic attack. I've been having what I hope are panic attacks over the past number of months. It mostly happens in the night time. I'm writing this having just had a sensation of my heart stopping for around four seconds then recommencing quickly and heavily. I've started to fear death over the last while and have turned to drink as a solution. Everytime I feel like I'm going to have ""an attack" I have an odd compultion to squeeze my neck.
I get freaked out in the strangest situations and feel like I could die.Havent been to the doctor, hate going and simply don't have time with my finals in a month.
Can anybody help? I'm only 24 and I need some!

I also suffer from panic attacks they are now mild compared to before. You should see your doctor and talk to him/her.
Your most likely stressed about your finals.
With me I also have stomach problems due to nerves or HP Pylori.
It seems to me that I fear death, death of parents and loved ones in general. I've had people die that basically shocked our family then later on someone had a stroke. I constantly thinking about life and it's purpose and also probably mid life.
So lately I've been home due to a leg injury and can't keep my mind occupied with positive things. Went from eercising to nothing which is really bad.
My advise seek a doctor talk about cognitive therapy and when you realize it's up to you to snap out of it.
Exercise, rest, be active, eat well talk to friends keep busy in a non stressfull manner things will come around.

your not dying, ive had the exzt i mean excaxt same thing. i feel like im gonna lose myself, and that im seeing myself from the outside of me. I came across a website that basically saved my life, Try this, when you have an attack let it come, dont do anything about it, it feeds off of your fear. just let it come and within 2-3 min itl be gone. it will help sooo much its unbeleivable
