I would like to hear some experience from those allergic to soy products. Is it difficult to avoid and evade the soy in food products and I am guessing there are millions of those. So, is there anybody who can give me some advice about that? I am new in this, and a bit lost.

Well, there is nothing much to it. Basically, you have to check the labels of the food you are buying and of course not buy the soy based food. And also, if the label does not tell you that, leave it! You don’t want to risk any unpredictable reactions. I mean, you can pass only with mild nausea, but anaphylactic shock might happen also.
