I admit i do masturbate...a fair amount and i haven't had my period in a couple of months. i got it about 2 years ago and i only told my friend, with whom i share everything. she said it might be because i don't eat enough, although i don't diet or anything. i eat when i'm hungry (so i'll munch on something after school therefore eat a smaller dinner...). so anyways i haven't had my period in a while and i wasn't regular before or anything but my friend is getting worried. she said to go onto this (this is her account, she let me use it) and to ask. so if anyone has any info about if my masturbation caused this or anything please let me know. thankyou

Hello. There are many reasons that can cause a late period such as having a different diet, stress, or hormonal changes. Periods can be irregular at any time so I am not surprised that you have an irregular period now and especially since you're still young. I think this is 100% normal and is nothing to worry about. You will get your period again soon enough. :-)
