Our last vacation turns in disaster. We (me and my husband) had a bad car accident and were hurt badly. After some surgeries and hospital recovery we got, finally, home. We were supposedly Ok. But we were not! It took a month to really find out what is really going on. We both had PTSD, only he had light version. So, tell me, are there any medications for PTSD? We need to help ourselves!

I had this kind of problems in the past, and I know exactly how you feel. First of all you must find a therapist for you and your husband. It could be the same or different person. Next, you must talk to him (her) anestly about everything. After you did some talking he (she) will know do you need medications at all. If you need some, you will be sent to your GP to get some. Usually they prescribe antidepressants or anti-anxiety tranquilizers.
