I am going to the gym regularly. I am even reading a lot of articles about body building and I buy body building magazines. There are a lot of opinions about every aspect of sports life from professional body builders. A lot of them say that refined or so called white sugar is not good. Are there good sugars or some kind of alternatives? What about brown sugar?

It is also taken from sugar cane or sugar beet. The most natural way to take sugar is through the fruits and vegetables. There are some substitutes like honey or maple syrup that you can use.
