Hi, I have started with my diet 2 days ago. My plan is to lose up to 12 pounds in the next month, or month and half. I read a lot about different kind of diet, super pills and so. I don't want to choose such restrictive diet but to speed up my metabolism with exercising and to eat less. Also I would like to know which sugars I may use while dieting.

Hi, you choose the best way to lose your extra weight by my opinion. All other super fast diets are bad. About sugars you are asking I would suggest you to avoid plain white sugar. It is much better, instead of white sugar, to use fresh or dried fruit or fruit juice to sweeten where you can. Also many people think that juices are healthy but they also have great concentration of sugar so there are also good to be avoided. It is better to make some juice from fresh fruit in your juicer.
