im 13 im 5'9 my withg is 120 i wish i wight was that low....but at my hight 120 is normel sooo whatever.....oh and i play basketball vollyball and i do track.

As for exercise, any exercise is good even if it is just walking. Try to find something you like to do because you are much more likely to stick with it. Last of all try to do at least 15 minutes of exercise a day.

Hey, i am 13 and a half. The best way to eat is (ths is my diet btw): Breeky: 1 small bowl of digestive 1st barley n oat porrige & special K museli bar Lunch: 1sandwich w/ helgas white bread with cheese, honey mustard, chichen strips. Dinner: a lamb chop with greek salad and vegies of choice. This is not my everydy diet but it gives u a gd idea of it. I weigh 72 kilos last time I checked which is completely normal I am no fit but i did bellydancing, musical theatre, netball, tap, ballet and I am starting zumba. It is normal to weigh so much this age çausewe are going through changes and u will have certain craings for food. during school, my friends and I usually walk around the school and I have a lotof friutin my lunch box to eat. Try to cut out the cream ceese as that builds fat in your body. Ihave underactive thyrod so it can be harder for me to lose weight because my hormones are all wierd. Even if I eat healthy, I still put on weight. I still dance inmy room every day to keep me fit. I hope tis gives you an idea of wat you can do.
