Where are the pressure points for back pain?

If I recall correctly--and I might be wrong on this one--you are supposed to use the middle finger for back pain in reflexology. I'm not totally sure if I'm right on that. Were you referring to reflexology for that?

Press the following points every hour until pain is over, five minutes each point:

12-spine- press in the most painful place
52-autonomic nervous system
55-general pains

Have you heard about the Yantra Mat? It is an acupressure device and has spiked flowers all over it designed to connect with 'acupoints' on your back. It's quite simple to use - just lie on it for twenty minutes a day. Do you think something like this could help you?
