Hello!
I think I have back swelling. It causes me pain in lower back, stiffness and swelling. I was lifting some heavy boxes and I guess this happened. What should I do?
Any advise is welcome.

Hey there,
Swelling serves to protect injured back from additional moving. Docotpr might recommend day or two rest or cold therapy on injured area (wrap ice in a towel and apply to skin; hold there no longer than 15 minutes). If swelling is still there, try cold and-or heat therapy. If this doesn’t help, use NSAIDs (use of medication discus with your doctor).
In every case, do not lift things!!!!
One more useful advice: never lift things with your back (by bending in lower back), things must be lifted with legs (bending in knees).
