I had an ablation done in april this yr and a mirena inserted I went through hell for the first 2 months but since then i havent bled at all but i still get all symptoms of my periods each month but now since yesterday i've got real bad lower back pain constantly and i spotted today? nobody has examined me internally since my surgery at all nor do i know how to check for the strings or anything and the cramps r all the way around me from front to back now. why?
