I think I am suffering from bad SVT. I have all the symptoms: breathless, faint sometime seven a chest pain. I am planning to see a doctor this week. I was just wondering is there some short term treatment for SVT. How it is treated?

Well, you can stop an SVT simply by massaging your neck on one side. Your doctor can show you how, but as you said that you have a bad SVT you may need an injection of a certain medicine. Treatment would depend on how bad your symptoms are. Cut coffee, cigars…exercise more…talk to doctor!
