Can we do a poll kind of thing about the best diet products on the market? I am sure that something like that would be of great help to people who have just started out on a diet. What diet products have you come to love? Which could you not do without anymore, even when your diet finished?

Are alternative views welcome here, too? I lost 20 lbs just recently, and I think it's worth knowing that I achieved that without having used even one specific diet product. I just cut out one meal. Perhaps it's controversial, because we all tend to believe we need three meals to be healthy today. But I am convinced that it is too much for some people. I have one meal around 11 am, let's call it brunch, and then dinner later on. I do snack (always healthy things) when I feel like it, which is not all that often. I still have about another 8 lbs to go and I already feel so much better.
