Hi guys, I'm 19 and I've been having this problem for a long time. Actually, I've been ignoring it until now, I didn't know what to do.

It's a lump or a wen, I don't know how to call it. It's dark, almost black. It doesn't hurt or itch, but I think I have noticed it grew a little bit. I really don't know what to do, and I'm concerned. Does anyone know anything about it?Thank you.
