I have had x2 years, these black microscopic pieces of matter and sludge popping out of the skin on my penis and glans. I think they are some early stage of an infestating mite or helminth. They exist. I am not seeing things. Not an I misinterpreting something common like Fordyce. These are tiny tiny shapes that respond instantly to essential oils and other lotions (not all). They pop out of the skin whenever I apply any of the known oils that bugs hate. Yet, my doctors all say these are nothing and I must be imagining them. They won't even analyze them. Anyone?

Black sludge and tiny pieces popping out of the skin could potentially be due to a variety of causes, including a sexually transmitted infection (STI), fungal infection, or other skin conditions.
STIs such as genital warts or genital herpes can cause skin changes on the penis and glans. Fungal infections such as jock itch or candidiasis can also cause changes in the skin appearance and texture. Other skin conditions, such as seborrheic dermatitis or psoriasis, can also affect the genital area and cause skin changes.
It's important to see a healthcare provider for an evaluation and testing if necessary. They may recommend a physical exam, blood work, or swab tests to determine the underlying cause. Depending on the diagnosis, treatment may include medications such as antifungal or antiviral medications, topical creams or ointments, or other interventions.
Remember, it's important to practice safe sex and get tested regularly for STIs if you are sexually active. Avoiding skin irritation and keeping the genital area clean and dry can also help prevent some types of infections.
