I think you need to go see a doctor if you are having such extreme reactions (ie. blood). I imagine there are tests they can do?
I know that baby gravol is good to prevent a migraine in the beginning...some people find certain foods help and others cause it...ie. chocolate, banana, dry toast, coffee...

Hey everyone, ever since I was 18, I have had this problem with my eyes. I remember waking up one morning after a party, seeing in my vision these dark lines and dots; and in my right eye, in the right lowermost corner in the peripheral area, a greenish see-trough spot.
These dots tend to move around out of place as I move my eyes to the sides. When I look outside on a bright day, or when I look at the sky is when I can see them the most. It's a lot of small clear circles with another small circle inside them (Kind of what a blood cell looks like) that form up what looks to be like little long worms. It's only in non-bright areas that they look to be dark. I'm 21 now, and yesterday I think it got worst. The place where the greenish see-trough spot used to be is gone, now there is a shaking, blinking, blurry area. I haven't gone to the doctor, as I fear he might say that I'm going blind, I just rather not know.
I have learned to live with this eye problem, I'm used to it, most of the time I forget it's even there, I just pray to God it's nothing serious.

no hun do you get headaches to i used to get them every other day and ide be really ill and always the side of your head will hurt really bad thes are the blood vessels in it swelling they sometures burst and smal amounts of blood will leak out of your ears or nose even we have trillions in our brains so it does us no long term harm,i used to find lying in a very dark room with no noise helped i take nurofen now and it goes but back when i was your age medicines and tablets was not that good,so ide suffer it out you need to avoid certain food to choclate,cheese,coffee,strong tea and even drinks with high color and cola the black spots are i was told by a optician our eyes retain more light then other peoples its like the reverse of when you look at spots on paper and look away i get it bad whhen i look at the pc on a white back ground,best option is change your back ground to two more similar colors quite light,i grew out of the migrains i have them just before my period and thats it thats the hormone change i got them worse from 11 to 20 my daughters 11 now and shes startes to get them to hope all of you who read this get beter soon its really anoying and dangerous if u are crossing a road and you get a black spot in your eyes because i cant see a thing when i get them close your eyes for a few seconds also it goes then,

yeasterday i saw the floater in my vision area....i'm 21yrs old..n today i search about this in google i found this all answers which's above my post...n today i visited to eye specialist (m.s (othra) ) .. he said it's absolutly noraml thing don't worry about it at all...many people have this type of floaters in der vision...be happy...n don't worry at all...:)

Hey, I'm 21 and a female. My first encounter with those clear squiggly lines in my vision was when I was 13. I've since learned that these are called floaters and were usually during times of major stress or sleep deprivation. However, when I turned 16, I notice a black spot in my vision. It didn't float around, it wasn't clear, and it was ALWAYS in the same position (if I moved my eye to focus on it, it would move as well). I didn't think anything of it at first. However, since then, I've developed 2 more of these black spots (I now have 2 in my right eye and 1 in my left) and am becoming seriously worried. Every site I go to for research continues to say floaters, floaters but it's NOT. I would appreciate any advice, though I do plan to go see a doctor about this.

the black spots you see can also sometimes be dirt that got into your eye and that after blinking a lot they could go away but to make them leave you can out like water eye drops to clean your eyes its nothing serious

It also depends on where in your vision field you are seeing the eye. Central scotomas are a different situation.
In most cases however, they are a sign of aging and there really is no treatment for them other than bright illumination when reading.
You should consult your doctor just to be on the safe side.

I've had this, but I only get this when I use to go on the computer for way too long like 24/7. Doctor told me to don't go on the computer for too long and haven't had it since.
