For the past 7 years I have suffered from Bloating, severe gas (daily), chronic constipation, occasional stomach upsets ans migraines located on the right side of my head. I currently take a Probiotic daily, Papaya Enzymes and Sucralfate. Nothing is helping. I have charted and noticed when I eat anything dairy, eggs, yogurt, wheat bread, cake, smoothies, Drink Alcohol (Champagne Only), beans, cabbage, cheese, broccoli- to name a few. I get severe gas. Do I have to eliminate all this from my diet in order to not be so miserable? I exercise 3-4x a week and drink plenty of water, I cook and eat healty overall. I splurge on sweets 3x a month as I get closer to my menstrual only. Overall I am a healthy 29yr old mother of 3. What's wrong and what can I do??? %-)

Well first of all it is great that you are leading such a healthy life but all those symptoms that you have mentioned (and I can’t believe that you have been experience those for 7 years) doesn’t sound like you are really healthy.

Considering that you are avoiding all the foods that is making you gassy or bloated is a great decision (I am doing this myself) but it is impossible that this is not helping and gas problem is odd as well. Well, maybe it would be best to visit your doctor and do the blood tests and maybe even some other just to see what is going on. Keep me posted about your condition and I hope that everything will be fine.
