Every day starting after lunch, I experience severe stomach bloating and severe gas. I usually have a banana and glass of milk for pre-breakfast, oatmeal and apple for breakfast, lunch is usually lite a caesar salad with chicken, or a pasta dish. I drink water all day. No cokes, 1 cup of coffee in AM.
I bloat up so much that I have to unbutton my pants sometimes. I pass gas constantly, no choice. It does not seem to have a smell so I thought maybe I was lactate intolerant, but I don't drink all that much, but will switch to lactate free this weekend.
Any suggestions?
