If there is anything besides the skin extra on or around the penis, he isn't cleaning himself well enough to ask you to be around that area with any part of your face. What I do to my husband is I have him pull the foreskin back to expose the head of his penis , I gently suck on him while GENTLY holding his sack and balls.
