hello there i've been feeling pain in bones and muscles for a while now,not a real sharp pain but it still hurts .. I've also been getting dizzy and sometimes feeling cold sometimes i find holding tight on objects hard too i do not practice any kind of sports, but i walk about 20 minutes a day i'm sixteen years old , and it's kinda scaring me to have bones pain at this age i'm not sure this can help but recently i've been under great pressure mentally and emotionally can anyone help me ? What's going on ? How can i stop it ? Thank you
