My daughter had a bowel resection Sept. 15 and she is still in the hospital. She has been in and out of the hopital. Her last time there was for 4 weeks. She was just readmitted after being out of the hospital for 4 days. Her out put of fluids is too high. The doctors are unable to slow her waste flow down. Her ostemy bag is constantly filling up. She had a new colon made. She had ulcerative colitis and was on predisone for a long time. She has been given injections of a medication to slow down the flow but it isn't helping. Please help if you have ever had or heard of a case like this. Thank you
