is there a possibility that some girls are not just big enough, because i think there is a very small opening.

First things first, every body is different and with that every vagina is different. Plus pain is usually the bodies way of telling you there is something wrong, don't ignore it!
There are some pre measures you can take prior to sexual intercourse that can make the penetration part more comfertable, things such as lube, finger penetration prior to sex, the use of a dildo etc. What you should keep in mind is that the vaginal wall is primarily a muscle, and with that fact, it can stretch and conform to stresses such a penis insertion. What I would reccommend that you do is use plenty of lubricant, a good brand with a good price tag, don't get the cheap sh*t.
If you guys are truely in love with eachother, you probably won't mind talking about it, converse with her, find out what hurts, what feels good, don't be shy to go in and try it, or ask it. Also im sure if you guys are really willing, you can try exercises by using a dildo that is a smaller diametre than your penis, remember the vaginal wall will stretch as it is a muscle, hence they use of the word "Loose and tight".
There are also a plethora of other reasons as to why it's painful, sometimes the very reason can be pyschological, literally, others are cists, lesions, cuts, small 'pimple' like lumps, many things.
Try a little lubrication, that usually helps alot of the troubles.
PS: A little tip I use is inserting the penis when it's half flacid, meaning when it's not totally erect, then allowing it to be aroused inside the vagina, thats just a tip.
Best of luck champ
Peace and take care.

Thats because of the broken hymen. You might have little bleeding till 3 days. Its natural.

Look it's really nothing to worry about, everyone goes through it, it's a completly natural thing. I think that if your boyfriend has a problem with you bleeding on him, then he should wear a condom, in my opinion, I think your boyfriend should feel privileged that you are giving your virginity to him.... and that the whole process should be a beautiful thing, blood or no blood.... haha.
Look, it is possible that you may bleed again, your hymen may not yet be fully broken. Please this is not me suggesting that you should go and stick things up your vagina so that you can fully break it, it just may be that your boyfriend isn't so big down there to fully break you.
For now, i would avoid intercourse for a week or 2 to allow for the tear to heal, remember you have torn muscle in there, it will heal, and it won't have an effect on your pleasure factor, it just may hurt if you try to have sex again however, and urinating will hurt too!! but it's nothing to worry about.... so best you just wait for now.
Keep undertaking general cleaning routines, make your observations, no one knows you general parts better than you, things like color, smell, discharge, if anything is out of the ordinary (and im not talking a little blood in the urine, PLEASE use your head before paniking and checking yourself into the emergency ward) go and see the doctor. And always have safe sex if you aren't looking to have children.
All the best.
Brendan.
