I'm a bit concerned. I had brown discharge for around three weeks none stop it wasn't just a little bit done times it was quite a lot and I was constantly getting stomach pains and cramping, sometimes even sore to touch my stomach. The discharge has stopped but still getting slight pains which feels like its in my bladder. Took pregnancy test came back negative. Should I be worried?
