Hai, I am 16 yrs old. I have been Masturbating for almost 3 years now. I don't masturbate everyday but 3-4 times a week. I have been seeing some light brown spots on my penis for the past 3 months now, under the left side of the penis and on the tip. I never had sex with anyone. So I don't think it is a Sexually Transmitted Disease(STD). There are many small spots and some are almost 1 cm long like a scar. It is only seen on the left bottom part and it is little rough to touch. I am little worried now. Is it a serious Disease and what can I do to get rid of the spots? Please help me. I will be grateful to you. Thank you.
