I have a bump under skin, but when i squeezed it popped under the skin. What does these mean? Did I spread the infection?? Should I cut it open?

I'm not sure what you're saying, but it seems as if you popped a fluid filled vessicle and instead of it coming to the surface it popped inside the skin. I think I would leave it alone and let your immune system come in and clean it up. That way the skin remains in tact so that no infection can get in beyond what was there initially. You may have had a splinter of wood or metal stuck in there and you immune system walled it off. Give it a few weeks and see what happens. If you have a solid object in the skin, you might want to remove that. You might be able to do that with a clean sewing needle or pair of sharp tweezers. You'll want to dip the needle or tweezers in 70 percent alcohol before you do it and clean the area with alcohol when you're done.
