Bumps began to appear in my vaginal opening

Hey,

     i am 13 years old and out of no where bumps began to appear in my vaginal opening .. its about 4 bumps around eachside of my vaginal opening . They itch and they are very irritable .. When I use the restroom I wipe a little harder to soothe the itching but afterwards the bumps hurts ... It cant be sexually transmitted because I am a virgin .. Please help .!): Also someone told me that while showering or bathing you are not supposed to wash your vaginal area with soap but just soak the rag with water and then wash is that true .? Reply immediately .
