Hi, I'm 20 years old and woke up on Sunday morning with a few red bumps on my scrotum and through out Sunday I realized I had a few more up my shaft on the under side. I have around 15 bumps now the smallest is like a pimple and largest about 1 cm diameter. This only happened overnight I did not have any sexual intercourse all week but did masturbate fairly often.
