This has been going on for 3 days now since i last had sex with my boyfriend and the pain is almost unbearable
On Microgynon 30 (i don't know if that makes a difference)
I know i don't have an STI
The pain is becoming worse and worse and is now not only while urinating but almost all the time
I can't get to the doctors so is there anything i can go to sort this?
I desperately need help!

I think you may have a UTI, not an STI. Urinary tract infections are common in women, especially so after sex.
You'll need to see your doctor. Most likely you'll be prescribed an antibiotic.

I agree with medic-man and this is probably urinary tract infection. I, myself very often have problems with UTI so I can tell you that there is no way to get rid of this without seeing a doctor. Not just because of the antibiotics (anyway you can’t buy those without prescription) but because you need to do some urine tests and analysis because it could be even worse. Sometimes UTI, if it is left untreated, can cause kidney infection.
So make an appointment with your doctor as soon as possible because the sooner you start with the treatment the sooner you will get rid of this nasty infection. And avoid sex during the treatment because you can worsen your condition.

Rosie, if you do have sex you also need to use backup birth control if you are put on an antibiotic.
