Hello, I'm a 16 year old male who doesn't really drink, but when ever I try a sip of wine or beer, I get an immediate burning feeling in my scrotom or in my urethral, the feeling eventually will go away but it occures almost all the time after taking a dose of alcohol. And in a a very small quantity.
I'm positive this isn't normal, just wondering if someone could inform me.

Since this is happening to you only when you are drinking I believe that maybe you should avoid alcohol. You can always consult your doctor about this but somehow I doubt that he is going to tell you anything that could resolve the mystery of getting burning sensation after consuming alcohol.

I am 45 year old female and it always happens to me as well. It is just with the first few sips. It goes away after 10 min or so. I wondered if it may be an allergy possibly.
