Hello FYI - I'm a fit 43 year old with 2 young children and very sleep deprived and have suffering with chest vibrations since I had my youngest daughter ( nearly 4) it's as tho a muscle is vibrating on and off in my chest on my right side. It does not hurt but I wonder if the lack of sleep is to do with it as I suffer with insomnia in addittion to being woken up 4 nights out of 7!!!

Now that I see so many posts on the same subject, and I am feeling the same symptoms, and no one seems to know, except for the person who stopped his consumption of Caffeine and experienced relief, I am more worried than ever. I-m going to trynto quit Caffeine, just in case, but somebody, please, a Doctor preferably, tell us what this is!

Did anyone every find out what the vibration was on the right side of your chest? I have been experiencing the same thing. I have had a cough for the past week, but it doesn't feel like congestion in my check, it's more like a rythmic vibration, at first I thought the bed vibration was turned on in my bed, but it was not. Any idea's? it comes and goes, but its very rythmic.

Just had my first experience with the same thing last night at work. Very weird feeling for awhile then became bothersome. Felt like a cell phone on vibrate only faster. Last about two minutes and went away and came back sporadically.

I had the same thing for 2 months. I started taking a 400 mg magnesium supplement and within 7-10 days the vibration was GONE! Hope this helps.

I had the same thing. My doc recommended a magnesium supplement 49g a day, took 7-10 days but it is GONE! Comes back if I forget to take the Mg. Try it.

Hmmm...I am in Google now BC mine started a few days ago. It is underneath my left breast. Mine started within hours of starting a new blood thinner. Are you on a blood thinner? Wondering if there is a correlation..

That's interesting because this vibration started in my right breast in the last couple of days. I have run out of my magnesium tablets that I started taking some years back in a bid to reduce my anxiety/panic symptoms. Coincidence or related. I'll get some more and then see if it stops.
