Hi, folks. I must admit that I feel quite tensed lately. You can blame it on stress, but we are all exposed to a certain dose of stress. I would like to find out something more about meditative techniques for muscle relaxation. I would really appreciate if someone could answer my post. Thanks.

Hi, everyone. I would agree with all that is said here. Muscle relaxations techniques are great for the beginners. You can try with the simplest. Tense all your muscles as much as you can consciously. After that relax them as much as you can. For instance, you can begin with your toes muscles. Tense them for few seconds and then relax them.
