Hi, I am 25 years old and I am pregnant for several weeks. I am exercising aerobic for several years already and I would like to know if it is good for my baby to continue or it would be better to stop until I born my baby. However, I would like to what exercises I can do during my pregnancy.

Hi, in deed exercising is very good for pregnant women and doctors suggest exercising during pregnancy. However exercises must not be hard and stressful for your organism. You would take enough liquids and exercise until you feel good. Exercising is good as it tonus your muscles and your delivery will be easier and faster.
