I am going to have a child. I am so exited. This is my first baby and I am 26 years old. I am doing everything according to my doctor advices. Now he has advised me to go exercising. I was wondering is yoga the right choice, I mean is it safe to practice yoga in pregnancy.

Hi, I was pregnant last year and I had used yoga exercises. Believe me it is an excellent choice. It is because yoga does not help you just to strengthen your muscles most affected with labor but it also teaches you how to breathe properly and how to relax yourself. As you know calmness is very important in pregnancy. Try it you will not regret.
