Can ejaculation cause urinary problems?

It could be a structure, a stricture is where the urethra has a slight kink which causes pressure when the need too urinate arises. You end up having a feeling of not being able to fully empty the bladder I know In men if you are too rough when masturbating it can cause scar tissue in rare cases can be a infection or an injury or birth defect can cause this too become a problem. I had a blockage last year in November they rushed me in and did a few scans various tests and a cystoscopy. Which is a camera in the urethra not too pleasant but they found out I had a curved pipe on the bladder Neck, I had an operation too sort this out I'm thinkin maybe request a cystoscopy and urodynamic test just too be sure but I hope it's not and hope you find out what it is but I just thought I would share this because it's a very rare occurance but needs sorting as this can cause kidney problems if left untreated. I think you have chronic prostatitis. Take ofloxacin 400 mg daily after dinner for 10 days. Don't masturbate or have intercourse until u r fine.

You have to pee after ejaculation. I had the same problem when I forgot to do so.

I've had this problem for about 20 years (started when I was 18, now 38) and only just put two and two together and realized it's most probably this. When it was first really bad I used to urinate before a shower, masturbate in the shower then need to urinate in the shower again, all in the space of 5-10 mins, this used to make my bladder go crazy and feel like i need to go desperately constantly. Obviously I stopped doing this but it wouldn't go away completely and I went to see doctors and specialist for 7 years and they never solved it. Eventually It got manageable so I just lived with it. Very recently it has flared up again and I have been urinating directly before ejaculating because of the urge to go all the time. Yesterday I actually masturbated a while after urinating (about an hour i think) and it actually made it better, the sensation to go all the time was still there but it wasn't as urgent and I was able to hold more. I'm going to keep trying to hold of urinated before and after I ejaculate from now on and see how it goes.

This problem is very severe man. Only God can help you in this. I am suffering from the same disease and have spended more than $6000 to cure this but I just experienced little changes. I cannot explain here a lot because of language difference. I 100 percent understand what is your problem. No Doctor No Homeopathic can help us in this regard. Only herbal medicines and prayers could work. Try to walk a lot when you drink water heavily. May Allah bless us.

Thank you! I just learned to female ejaculate this week, and I felt this mildly aching pressure in my urethral/lower abdominal area, but it wasn't as excruciating as a UTI. I tried to ejaculate again... less for the excitement, more to just get possibly built-up fluid out... and it came OUT... like way more than it did when I last had sex & masturbated. The only thing I wonder is if I keep letting it out, does my body keep filling it back up? It would be nice if I had a break from this for a couple days during the work week. :|

Damn I really don't know what that is but I'm a guy and I've had a similar problem to yours, with me my bladder doesn't feel full after I piss like you feel, instead immediately after I piss if I push hard enough (which doesn't take much effort) more piss comes out even thought I just pissed. I've looked on the internet and it says this happens when you hold in your piss for too long very frequently ( It doesn't happen after you hold it in too long just once or twice) for example truck drivers who are always on the road and have to hold in their piss for long periods of time. It says when you do this you weaken the muscles in your bladder and have difficulty completely relieving yourself, the only problem with this is that I don't hold in my piss for long periods of time at all. Though I have noticed that this started after I'd beat my meat like 2 or 3 times a week. I stopped masturbating for like a week and this didn't happen as much in fact it hasn't happened in a while. I know your problem and mine are different but maybe stop masturbating for like a month or two and see if that helps. Oh this might help too I also read that researchers have found that if u stop or pause just as you're about to climax in order to last longer also causes problems so shy away from doing so if you do that. You are right, people with cancer and more serious situation are inspiring hope they all get better, but one always feel misrable if he has uti problem specialy viral or non specified. Cause obe did it to him self after one night mistake, ir even some kisses with random person or some oral sex, you get the feeling why i did this to my self, it was meaningless, one time thing with random person. Regret, blame eats one soul.

I finally found u!!!! I have a very similar problem....my urine had become frequent, didnt void properlu, came in pauses and the cause was found out to be Bladder Neck Obstruction, the urinary bladder muscles kept contracted instead of relaxing while peeing.. I was given a mild medicine which had the component Alfuzosin Hydroxide IP 10 mg. Mild because I was also given a slightly stronger one once called Urimax and what it did was to relax the seminal vesicles too and then enough semen didnt secrete during masturbation. Well this was one doctor's opinion. Another said that what's happening is that the medicine is causing the urinary bladder muscles to keep relaxed and they dont even close properly during masturbation, so either the semen goes into the bladder, or urine comes along with semen. Anyway I think maybe the former doctor was correct, but I digress. Even I did not have any prostate related issues....voiding problem and meek urine flow. So i stuck to the mild medicine. But now for a long time, I have been taking this medicine for maybe four years now...my urine is smoother maybe...but I cant drink much water, cuz if I have water in my bladder while masturbating, I will feel a small to huge micturition sensation towards ejaculation and the ejaculation won't be that great, as you said. And even when I skip the meds, then I have huge pains down there cuz urine is passing very slowly, and then masturbation is mostly out of the question. Moreover if I skip the meds for long periods or hold my urine for a long time, like while I am sleeping, I increase the risk of kidney failure as this extra pressure required to take a leak causes back pressure on the kidneys. I am from India. U r the only person on the net whose problem almost coincides with mine.

This same exact thing happens to me after i ejaculate, after it i just sit for an hour or half hour and force out all the pee, this usually stops the feeling of wanting to always use the restroom for the rest of the week
