Can ejaculation cause urinary problems?

I had a prostate reduction to help restore my urine flow to normal, but after a few weeks I post op masturbated a couple of times and my flow deteriorated to almost nothing. I didn't link the masturbation to flow, which became so bad I was advised to self cathereter, I did this once and flow and complete voiding was restored, also drinking a large glass of water first thing in the morning helps to maintain flow. My problem is I would like to have sex, but too aprehensive to try, good luck.

I have the same issue. It seem like drinking hot tea at night relieves it. I’m still experimenting with that theory

Instead of peeing after ejaculating take a poop the poop fermentation makes the bladder a much stronger organ it will rupture but that's ok because we are made of 80% water inside of us I've been peeing inside of myself for years forget about that bladder it's annoying as heck anyways

I think you may have a bladder neck obstruction , you should opt for endoscopy and you will know if there is an obstruction of the bladder neck which have these similar symptoms .

Hello there. I know exactly what you are going through, because I myself been experiencing these problems since 2006 on and off, and it's now 2018, I like to call it a flare when I'm going through, let me just say time feels endless when you're suffering of the discomfort of having a bladder that doesn't feel completely empty and the frequent trip to the restroom in itself is very tiresome, also for the people who don't experience what we go through cannot fully understand what it's truly like.

For myself I was seen by many doctors, urologist, many types of test done, a few cystoscopys, urethrostomy, urodynamics, biofeedback, and other tests,etc. I'm a young guy under 40, for myself it got so bad at one point I had to go to E.R. and they had to insert catheter with a leg bag, which I wore 4-5 days, I went to E.R. like 4x total, of course on different days, n they would just insert Foley catheter, it was a very uncomfortable feeling. Fast forward, I was then prescribed self catheters I would use when needed.

This might sound crazy to some but this actually helps me when I can't completely empty my bladder, instead of self cathing myself, I hop in the shower, lift my penis up, as the shower stream is spraying the top of my penis head, it helps start up my urine flow to where I can be able to get the rest of my urine out or when I can't urinate. It's either self catheter or I do this, I rather do this. I'm the same guy who posted as guest, regarding first post about 2006 when this first started, second post regarding the many doctors/test I have done and this is my third post. I had a similar problem try tart cherry there will be some discomfort at first but things will clear up.isuggest pill and drink

dude i had the same problems but i got rid of that the fact is it depends on how u masturbate . just dont squeeze ur penis hard don't rub it against something very hard continue this for a week and then u will be fine
