not sure if you're still following this post, but it sounds like you are experiencing retrograde ejaculation. this is where the semen actually goes back into the bladder instead of out the tip of the penis. this may explain why you're having he sensation that your bladder is full. research this term and see if any of the causes or symptoms fit, then check with a specialist.

Have your prostate checked. An enlarged prostate is usually the cause of excessive urge to urinate and the prostate is also in connection with ejaculation. One contributes to the other. I have the same issue but not always related to masturbation of having sex with my wife every morning at leaset once (thats the bonus).

you might have a urethral stricture. i had the same problem and until they looked inside with a scope and noticed it was a stricture and cleaned it out. I had the same thing as you constant urge to pee throughout the day. sometimes even after peeing i felt the need to void again. My advice is to have them look inside soon because i had doctor tell me the same thing until one decide to do this test.

Sounds like you have a enlarged prostate gland, and the channel has to be enlarged. It can be done with a lazer, it's only day surgery, so it's no big deal. Get the opinion of another Urologist.

I had this exact same problem for years that you had and was frequently going to the toilet to urinate and sometimes couldn't pass water. other times I would go allot and 5 mins after would need to pass water again. I knew something was wrong went to my doctor but they kept telling me nothing was wrong but in November last year I ended up with a UTI which went to my kidneys and I got rushed into A and E They did the urodynamics tests and pressure tests and I also had a cystoscopy (camera up the urethra) turns out that I had a stricture on the neck of the bladder and maybe that's what it could be. Or its possible it could be a stricture of the urethra (search up on stricture on the net and it will give you info on how to sort it.) I had a bladder neck incision surgery on Friday last week and things didn't go smoothly but i am now on my way too recovery I just saw this and thought of my situation strait away. have you had a camera inserted into the urethra? its not pleasant but worth a try too find out whats going on.I hope my experience helps you find the solution and I wish you the very best of luck and hope you are feeling better soon.
