I read in many magazines about health that green tea is good for many things and that it’s excellent if you want to lose weight. I would like to try to lose some weight and I’m thinking to start to drink green tea. Tell me can green tea help with weight loss? Does it really work?

Green tea inhibits fat absorption and helps glucose regulation and, what it’s the most important, it can boost your metabolism. It has very nice taste and you need to drink it five cups daily if you want to lose some weight.
