How to loss body weight using herbs?

So you're interested in loseing weight with herbs.  Not a bad idea.  there are many herbs that can help you lose weight but they take time to work.  If you drink tea, you're in luck.  Tea helps you to lose weight.  I personally drink several cups of green a day and everyday.  Green tea contains polyphenols which are powerful antioxidants that combat free radical production but they also help you to lose weight.  You may be familiar with Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG).  There are several other related molecules that are also found in green tea.  With a sensible diet and green tea you should be able to lose weight.  Clinical trials have been done on this and the results are encouraging.  But, again this acts over the long-term it is not fast acting.
