I am currntly rcovering from a soft tissue injury in my foot, on my peroneal tendon.

I still have a fair amount of scar tissue on the tendon, but am wondering as well as massage, wether strength training would be appropriate. Obviously not too much as the area is still damaged, but will light strengthening help, or is total rest best?

Any other hints, tips and experiences are welcome :)

I see a chiropractor who specializes in sports medicine for my soft tissue injuries. He uses the Graston technique, which has worked miracles for me and helped me get back on my feet in half the time of other therapies. You can research online to see if there are any Graston providers in your area.
