A D&C will not alter your fertility.
Did you have a tubal ligation? If so it is unlikely you'd get pregnant. There is no path for the egg to the uterus.
A "burning", an ablation, would also likely result in you not being able to get pregnant - if you did it would be very risky. The lining of the uterus can regrow but it is often not capable of supporting a pregnancy.
It is UNLIKELY you will get pregnant again.
