I'm married for two years. A couple of months later, I had a surgery where my infected heart valves were replaced with mechanical ones. I've been on warfarin since then. I was pregnant several months later but my baby didn't survived due to hydrocephalus (I had premature birth, in other words made an abortion because the pregnancy might have endangered me)
I didn't get pregnant again after a year, and just last February I had a high risk surgery with bouts of an ovarian cyst rupture on my left ovary. I was completely devastated..what are my chances of getting pregnant again?

the fist surgury shouldnt affect getting pregnant to the best of my knowlage. was you on warfarin when you got pregnant?if you have your other ovary than you can still get pregnant. just make sure your not taking any madication that could harm the fetus if you did get pregnant. if you are talk to your dr. there are safe drugs to take if you are trying to conceive. im very sorry to hear what has happend to you. for me, i had 2 c-sections and a gallbladder removal i am now trying for my last child i just got off birth control, and i am taking a blood pressure medicine that you cant take when you get pegnant so i talked to my dr. and she switched me to somthing safe. dont worry if you dont get pregnant with in the next 6 months i would talk to your gyn. and see what could be the problem. good luck and let me know what happens. god bless.
