I have been on Suboxone for a little over a week now. I was taking about 3 oxcontin 80mg a day (snorting). My questions is can I snort suboxone just like I did the oxycontin? I miss the "snorting" part and I am afraid I am going to relapse if I can't snort something soon! Other than this aspect I have been good this past week. A little depressed and I miss the oxycontin buzz but I do not miss driving around looking for them. Any advice anyone has for me regarding just starting subuxone would be greatly appreciated.

Nope, it won't work. Honestly, and it may sound stupid, but snort a pixi stick. It gives you that stinging burn kind of feeling but doesn't do damage. You would just be wasting your subs Iike that. I know what you mean though... It's the same with quitting cigarettes, but now they have the e cigs. Patch or gum never worked because I missed the action of smoking. I've been cig free for about 5 months thanks to the e cig! (and opiate free for 3 years thanks to suboxone!)

Yes you can snort Suboxone but I don't recommend it. Just stick it under your tongue like you're supposed to. I've seen people put a piece of their Suboxone strip in their eyeball even. Ive Seen people dissolve the strips in water and snort the water
