Hi,
To be honest I didn’t heard that kidney stones can affects ones fertility. I know that they can cause pain and frustration and stress. And we know that stress can affect fertility. Maybe in this way kidney stones may cause problems whit your husband’s fertility. My suggestion would be that you find some fertility clinic and do some test just to see if everything is alright with his semen. There is always a chance that something might be wrong with you too so it would be a good idea that both of you run some tests. I think that you shouldn’t stop trying. The surgeries might have infected him more then he thinks they did.
Good luck to you both
